Nickel, copper and chrome decorative plating

Using High Tech Plating, practised in time and well controlled, we have “Electrolux” Romania as a good customer since 2001. Like in zinc plating, the baths concentration is achieved based on analyses performed in our own lab. We analyse and control also the concentration of brightness/gloss agents in baths. Brightness agents are automatically proportioned using special proportional pumps. Operating data are monitored by aided tracking, using a computer process control technology. For mirror finish surfaces a special preparation is needed. The corrosion resistance level is at our customers’ demand. An acid-salt fog test is recommended, that being specific to nickel – chrome plating.

Boundary lines to steel parts for nickel, copper and chrome plating:

Width: 1000 mm, height 650 mm, width 200 mm on the frame; in the barrel 100 x 80 mm; Φ nickel, copper plating
Steel parts are recommended to be light cold-rolled sheets, STL or cold–rolled sections/shapes, with no traces of oxides (rust).
