Zinc plating using glossy slightly acid technology

Having our own chemical analysis lab we can strictly observe the baths concentrations, maintain a constant chemical level and also record data. A computer process control maintains the parameters unchanged. Thanks to a 17 years experience in metal coating and the use of technology from famous technology suppliers, we managed to accomplish a 400 h resistance of zinc coating in acid-salt fog until iron rust appears. Researches are oriented toward obtaining a 600 h resistance of zinc coating in neutral acid-salt fog.

Boundary lines to steel parts for zinc plating:

Width: 1000 mm, height 600 mm, width 200 mm for zinc plating on the frame; for a barrel 100 x 80 mm;
Steel parts are recommended to be light cold-rolled sheets (or light cold-rolled profiles / structural shapes), with no traces of oxides (rust) if possible.

For a price offer we need:

• the design / sketch of the steel part specifying the zinc coat thickness, surface appearance, plating colour (we use only non-toxic plating solutions without hexavalent chrome)
• salt fog test (if the case)
• quantity / month
